During my experience leading the technical operations of a SaaS platform, I took on the responsibility of ensuring its stability and availability in high-demand contexts, where concurrency was a constant challenge. From scratch, I built and consolidated a development team, establishing agile methodologies, efficient operational processes, and career plans that not only fostered the professional growth of each team member but also strengthened the team’s overall performance.
In close collaboration with the commercial team, I designed and implemented new features that addressed real business needs, always ensuring strategic alignment between technology and business objectives. Additionally, I implemented a reporting and key metrics system that allowed us to monitor performance and anticipate critical failures, enabling timely technical decision-making with tangible impact.
My focus was always on continuous improvement: I defined strategies that accelerated delivery cycles and optimized outcomes across various levels of time and scale. I also served as the Information Security Officer, actively promoting a cybersecurity culture aligned with the Information Security Management System (ISMS), thus consolidating a robust, secure, and continuously evolving technical operation.
